- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide care and supervision for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Change Diapers, Lift weights up to 20-30 pounds
- Support literacy education by encouraging reading and writing skills through interactive activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior by applying effective behavior management techniques.
- Engage with children to promote social skills, emotional development, and positive interactions.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in curriculum development tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, particularly in preschool or special education settings.
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- English (intermediate level): Able to carry simple conversations in English
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
